This kitchen and living room received many luxury design updates that elevated the entire look and function of the space. Several cabinets were modified to accommodate a state of the art appliance suite from Miele including a 48" MasterChef's range, a pair of sleek push to open refrigeration columns, two dishwashers, a high tech built in coffee maker, and a smart Five In One Oven from Cafe. A dual zone wine cooler was built in behind a pair of rustic doors. The vent hood was raised to allow for a more open workspace, and a black stainless Delta pot filler to match the main faucet was added to the back wall. At the prep sink in the island, a ZipWater HydroTap Celsius All-in-One faucet in a matching gunmetal finish adds modern day convenience with point of use hot/cold tap plus instant boiling or sparkling water. The countertops were upgraded with a gorgeous leathered Taj Mahal Quartzite, and the blue-green backsplash adds a pop of color and contrast. The living room floors were replaced with a naturally finished spalted pecan hardwood, lightening up the room. The whole space received a fresh coat of paint and upgraded light fixtures.
